PHILADELPHIA DOG TRAINING CLUB WELCOMES YOU!!
ATTENTION CLUB MEMBERS
    P.D.T.C. will be training on Tuesday evenings for Open and Utility members at the Garrett Williamson Foundation property in Newtown Square,PA.  Barbara Doering will be instructing these classes. See the Classes section for details.

     In addition, we are now offering Beginners and Novice classes at the First Presbyterian Church of Lansdowne, 140 N. Lansdowne Avenue, Lansdowne, PA 19050. These classes are held on Thursday evenings. Linda Swenson is teaching these classes.

     Anyone interested in joining any class should contact our registrar for more information. You may print off an application form from the "Applications" page of our web site and mail it with your payment.

  TRAINING DIRECTOR: MS. BARBARA DOERING
        Advanced and Competitive Novice through Utility
  Barbara is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer (CPDT) and a member of
   the National
 Association of Dog Obedience
Instructors (NADOI). 
   
Barbara has attained many advanced AKC Obedience titles 
   with  her dogs.  She is also an approved AKC  Obedience Judge.
   Participants interested in training and handling tips for   
  competitive obedience will find Barbara's instruction invaluable.

  Using her years of experience training dogs and working with owners, Barbara assesses the needs of each dog based on age, size, issues, and temperamentand she individualizes each dog's training accordingly.   Her teaching methods are clear and easy to understand even to the inexperienced dog handler.  Her "positive reinforcement" approach to obedience training is enjoyed by dog and handler alike.  As the mother of twins in a multiple dog household, Barbara knows the challenges facing busy families.  Participants who want a well-behaved, socialized pet are appreciative of Barbara's practical advice.
